Bottle Shop Retail and Taproom Server (Part-Time)

Halo Brewery is a small Toronto craft brewery focused on variety and experimentation. We put a contemporary spin on beer by combining art & science, and don't believe in restricting our creativity by brewing to traditional styles.

Responsibilities
Consistently communicate the Halo brand and have a full knowledge of our beer line-up
Promote a positive environment that focuses on customer experience at every interaction
Provide outstanding beverage service in a friendly atmosphere
Sell bottles and growlers through the Bottle Shop
Maintain a clean taproom
Serve at festivals
Provide additional help around the brewery when needed

Requirements :




High energy team player with outstanding social skills
Passionate and knowledgeable about craft beer
Self-starter and problem solver
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised and independently
Proactive
Team driven
Ability to regularly lift up to 40kg (e.g., kegs!)
SmartServe certified
Previous customer service, merchandising, hospitality, and/or sales experience is an asset
Robust written and oral communication skills
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
