Summary : Collaborating with the Chef and culinary team to ensure our brand standards and vision are being brought to life through our culinary program. The Sautee line cook plays an integral role in our operational success. of the restaurant and requires superior menu knowledge partnered with a keen eye for the small details. Key Responsibilities:
Leads by example! Follows all standards and specs set forth by the organization
Completes daily routine and thorough line checks, reviewing food quality and inventory levels, addresses any concerns with store Chef
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure to meet our timing standards without sacrificing guest experience
Demonstrates superior product and recipe knowledge
Coordinating with colleagues to ensure service and timing standards are not sacrificed
Collaborates with Chef to ensure daily operations function as efficiently as possible to maximize a positive dining experience for our guests
Follows direction from Chef and knows when to ask for help, utilizing all available resources o approves allergy requests and accommodations from guests
Remains calm under pressure




Maintains appropriate prep and par levels as outlined by store standards
Health & Safety Compliance
Compliance with all Public Health standards including but not limited to; HACCP logs, temperature controls and food safety regulations
Must have valid Food Handlers Certification
Maintain and improving on our cleanliness and aesthetic standards for our kitchen

Working Conditions :
Long periods of walking, bending and standing
Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays as business dictates
Exposure to extremely hot and cold temperatures from equipment
Exposure to potential allergens including fish, shellfish, and nuts
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
