Fabrication Supervisor

Reporting to the Area Manager, this position would be responsible to oversee the day to day production and scheduling for the Fabrication and Router Department, by supervising the fabrication and assembly of aluminum and steel signs and components, manage work flow between department and maintain company standards in the areas of housekeeping, attendance and teamwork.

Advantages
$36/hr. - $40/hr., depending on experience

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in custom fabrication and welding
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Background in industrial engineering, technologies, or equivalent work experience.
Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and ERP systems.

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour

Experience:
custom fabrication/welding: 8 years (preferred)
Leadership: 5 years (preferred)
Outlook, Word, Excel, and ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
