$55,000 Base Salary + Commissions

Homa is looking for a driven and professional Commercial Sales & Account Manager to help grow our customer base in Ottawa and Gatineau.

This is not a typical sales job. You will own client relationships from first contact all the way to final payment.

What You’ll Do
Take care of incoming leads in the pipeline
Communicate with marketing team for facebook ad modifications
Meet with property managers and building owners
Prepare quotes and close deals
Schedule jobs
Follow projects through completion
Maintain client relationships
Assist with collections and follow-ups
Work closely with operations and management

$55,000 base salary

What We’re Looking For
Solid communication skills
Bilingual, french and english (non negotiable, we work heavily in Quebec and Ontario)
Confident and professional
Organized and self-motivated
Sales experience is an asset
Construction or property management knowledge is a plus
Ability to build long-term client relationships
