Who We Are

At Sharbot Lake Dental Clinic, we’re more than a clinic — we’re a patient-centered, tech-forward practice dedicated to creating a warm, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable experience. Our team is supportive, collaborative, and passionate about delivering care that goes beyond the basics.

What You’ll Do

As our Dental Hygienist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping each patient’s experience by:
Providing thorough cleanings, exams, and preventive care with a gentle, personalized approach
Educating patients on oral health in a way that empowers rather than intimidates
Collaborating closely with our dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Using contemporary tools and technology to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes
Bringing your own style, creativity, and patient-care philosophy into our practice

What Makes This Role Unique
Your voice matters: We welcome your ideas on workflow, technology, and patient care
Versatile scheduling to support work-life balance
Team support with chair turnover so you can stay on time and focused on patient care
Assistance with sterilization when needed — you’re never working alone
A supportive, respectful team culture built on empathy, professionalism, and a good sense of humor

What We’re Looking For
Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Someone who values kindness as much as clinical excellence
