This is a permanent position located in Downtown Montreal, offering one day of work from home per week.

YOUR MISSIONS

Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Prepare invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Process payroll for approximately 10 employees and ensure payroll records remain up to date.




Assist with bank reconciliations and general account maintenance.
Support management with reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
Assist with document management, contracts, and occasional legal or compliance-related administrative tasks.
Provide support with basic marketing and business operations initiatives when required.
Identify prospects to improve processes and contribute to the company’s growth.

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role.
Experience working with QuickBooks is preferred.
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn new responsibilities.
