Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting showings, and negotiating lease terms.
Maintain accurate records of property activities, including data entry into management systems such as Yardi or CMMS.
Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics for management review.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant retention and improve overall property value.

Skills
Proficient in office administration and customer service practices.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Experience with property management software such as Yardi or CMMS is highly desirable.




Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve conflicts effectively.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Sales experience is a plus for promoting available properties effectively.

correspondence with Board of Directors
sourcing quotes
managing on-site managers and other staff
collecting A/R
writing letters
approving budgets
approving payables
