You will review grading, earthworks, contractor submissions, utility designs, and municipal requirements. The work helps coordinate subdivision and site plan development projects through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide AutoCAD support for project managers and coordinators
Prepare as-constructed and plan and profile drawings
Verify earthwork, sewer, road, and retaining wall quantities
Review contractor GPS as-builts for deficiencies




Prepare Composite Utility Plans for development projects

Requirements:
Graduate or licensed civil qualified engineer, or certified engineering technologist
Robust AutoCAD abilities and Civil 3D experience
Experience in civil construction and contract administration
Familiarity with municipal and provincial specifications
Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, and English communication skills
