Support Toronto FC and Toronto FC II operations in a hybrid Toronto internship requiring organization, communication, and administrative accuracy. Work alongside team operations leaders.

MLSE seeks a qualified, proactive Team Operations Intern supporting the daily administration of Toronto FC’s qualified teams. You will assist with travel, player care, housing, match logistics, invoicing, databases, and research. The internship reports to managers overseeing Team Operations and TFC II Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Support administration and operations for Toronto FC skilled teams
Assist team travel administration and preseason operations
Coordinate player onboarding, transportation, expenses, and housing support
Serve as visiting team liaison during Toronto FC II home matches




Maintain information databases, invoices, expenses, and administrative research

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in sport management, sport administration, or related studies
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Independent work style with accuracy and attention to detail
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook working knowledge
Weekend, evening, and holiday availability as required
