Tristar Brick & Block Ltd. is a family-owned and operated business based in Abbotsford, BC, specializing in the production of high-quality concrete masonry products for over 30 years. This job is all about supporting Tristar’s daily production operations - ensuring effective manufacturing while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and product quality standards.
Assist in the production of concrete blocks, bricks and related masonry products
Stack, palletize, and package finished concrete blocks for storage or shipment
Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the production facility
Load and unload materials such as cement, aggregates, and pallets
Perform general labor tasks including sweeping, shoveling, lifting, and moving materials
Assist machine operators with setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting when needed
Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
We have two positions available: Day shift :
6:30AM-4:00PM, four to five shifts per week
Night shift : 4:00PM- 2:30AM, three to four shifts per week
The successful applicants will be:
Physically fit - ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 lbs andto stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and outdoor/industrial workplace
Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team workplace and independently
Accountable - must show up for scheduled shifts and give adequate notice of absences
Willing to be a team player and help out where needed

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
