Lead IT testing and internal controls reviews as HOOPP’s Internal Audit and ICFR Manager, partnering with Finance, IT, and business groups. Present complex findings clearly to senior management across divisions.

This Manager supports HOOPP’s ICFR program and Internal Audit Plan. You will execute IT testing, assess ITGCs and business risks, and develop practical recommendations. The role requires solid audit, financial, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute IT testing for the ICFR program
Assess controls protecting assets and financial information
Prepare quality audit working papers and reports
Develop action plans addressing root causes
Monitor management remediation and report progress

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related business field
CA, CPA, CGA, or CMA designation required
CISA designation and ICFR program expertise required
Minimum eight years leading relevant internal audit engagements
Knowledge of ITGCs, EUC controls, GAAP, C-SOX, and COSO
