Responsibilities
Operate various types of heavy equipment including skidsteers, excavators, and loaders to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials.
Conduct routine/daily nspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Collaborate with team members to build and maintain job sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting minor equipment issues and performing necessary repairs and or informing supervisor
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Skills
Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, including skidsteers, loaders, excavators
Solid mechanical knowledge to assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment.




Experience in active site work
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace while also being self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in operations and adherence to safety standards.
