Lead HRIS and ERP process improvement as a Senior Shared Services Analyst with Elk Valley Resources, working in office in the Elk Valley.

Reporting to the Manager, Shared Services, this senior position supports Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Accounts Payable. You will provide functional expertise across systems, reporting, integrations, and business processes. The role partners with Finance, HRIS, Site Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead reviews identifying operational, financial, compliance, and system risks
Facilitate workshops and document functional business requirements
Improve Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Accounts Payable processes
Analyze integrations, workflows, automation, and data integrity




Develop reporting solutions and support change management activities

Requirements:
Minimum five years in Finance, Payroll, or related systems
Minimum two years supporting HRIS/ERP implementations or enhancements
Knowledge of Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Accounts Payable
Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and configuration
Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
