Role Description

Duties
Assist with blueprint reading and interpret schematics to support project execution
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry tasks
Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, and perform carpentry work including framing and caulking
Support flooring installations, finish carpentry repairs
Conduct construction painting, restoration work, and masonry repairs as needed




Assist with construction estimating tasks and material management
Support project supervisors in maintaining safety standards and ensuring timely completion of tasks

Requirements :
Proven experience or familiarity with construction processes including blueprint reading, schematics, and estimating is preferred
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specific skills such as concrete forming, finishing, tile laying, or flooring install work is a plus
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
Robust physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards

Pay: From $15.93 per hour
