As Team Manager II, Operations, you will lead complex banking processes, coach employees, and manage operational performance. You will support Personal & Commercial Banking through service delivery oversight, compliance, and continuous improvement. The position generally reports to a Group Manager.

Lead teams toward operational and business objectives
Monitor service standards and implement corrective actions
Resolve escalated customer and partner issues
Balance workloads and validate completed team work
Develop process enhancements and monitor results

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred
Five or more years of relevant experience
Solid process management knowledge
Understanding of operational functions and business areas
Knowledge of risk management and compliance requirements
