The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and representing the Steve Madden brand. You’ll work closely with the store team to create an engaging and welcoming environment for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
Build relationships with customers and confidently recommend products based on their needs.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.
Stay knowledgeable about current products, trends, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
Replenish merchandise and assist with shipment processing and inventory.
Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
Support loss-prevention and store security procedures.
Work collaboratively with the management and sales team.




Represent the Steve Madden brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable approaching customers.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work a versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for fashion, footwear, and current trends.
