Olive Us Greek Restaurant is currently accepting applications for part-time and full-time kitchen help. We are looking to hire reliable individuals who share our passion for the kitchen and for producing quality food items.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen workplace
Able to work with minimal supervision and have a strong initiative
A positive and team-oriented attitude
Able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods
Must be available evenings and weekends

DUTIES
Prepare salads, appetizers, entres, pizzas and pitas as directed by the kitchen manager in a sanitary and timely manner.
Follow recipes, controls, portions, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
Coordinate food orders to support timely and productive delivery




Perform other kitchen related duties as assigned by the manager.
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
Responsible for cleaning, stocking and maintaining work station while practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
Prepare daily vegetables/ skewering and preparing souvlakis
Knife skills

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
