Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwork Fabricator/Installer to join our construction team. This role involves fabricating custom millwork components and installing them on-site with precision and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and construction, with the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers an chance to work on diverse projects, from cabinetry to architectural woodwork, contributing to high-quality finishes in commercial spaces.

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and installation of millwork components
Fabricate custom woodwork, cabinetry, and other millwork items using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
Install fabricated products on-site, including cabinetry, countertops, paneling, and other architectural wood features
Handle heavy lifting safely during material transport and installation processes
Measure accurately for precise cuts and fitting of components




Maintain a clean work environment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Experience
Experience in carpentry, woodworking, or millwork fabrication and installation
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required
Solid understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
Truck and trailering experience is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
