KSW Lawyers is currently accepting applications for a Lawyer to work in our Corporate and Real Estate Department. This is a full time position in our South Surrey office.

Job Details
Ability to manage corporate transactions including negotiation and preparation of agreements, incorporations, corporate reorganizations, buying and assisting clients with business structures and various corporate matters
Manage files independently and have a good work ethic with strong communication skills
Manage residential real estate files including purchases, sales and private mortgages
Sense of humour and a commitment to market yourself and the firm through various networking prospects
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a client focused approach
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
