Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a rapid-paced restaurant setting. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The Line Cook will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests through efficient meal preparation and presentation.

Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes
Cook meals with attention to presentation, taste, and consistency
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Follow all food safety protocols and proper storage procedures for ingredients and leftovers




Support the overall efficiency of the kitchen by assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation, serving procedures, and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff members
Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred
Ability to work effectively as a part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism during all shifts

Schedule & Hours
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Part time: 20 - 24 hours per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
