Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team.

Position Description:
Processing accounts payable (vendor invoices and payments)
Processing accounts receivable (customer invoices and collections)
Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
Entering financial data into accounting software
Preparing and posting journal entries
Maintaining general ledger records
Assisting with payroll processing
Preparing deposits and recording cash receipts
Generating financial reports and spreadsheets
Assisting during month-end and year-end closing activities
Filing and maintaining accounting documentation
Supporting audits by gathering required financial records
Cash flow reporting
