Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you’ll assist customers, explain product options, and support a welcoming, organized sales setting. You’ll use explicit communication and attentive service to understand customer needs, demonstrate products, and help customers make informed choices.

Duties
Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide helpful service in person and by phone, using professional phone etiquette.
Present products, conduct product demos, and use relevant technology sales knowledge to explain features and support sales.
Recommend suitable options and use upselling appropriately; process purchases through POS, cashiering, and accurate cash handling.
Maintain merchandising displays, organize sales areas, and manage time effectively while balancing customer needs and daily tasks.
Able to lift 15 kg.

Requirements

Required: Solid communication, customer service, sales, basic math, organizational skills,



and the ability to handle POS transactions and cash accurately. English proficiency supports explicit customer interactions. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, including technology sales, product demos, or merchandising; bilingual or multilingual abilities are valuable when assisting a diverse customer base. Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
