As VP of Sales for Senior Living, you will pursue Blacksmith Agency's largest operator accounts. This individual contributor position focuses on senior living groups and home care agencies with many communities. You will guide complex sales involving ownership, regional operators, and marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
Own discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Manage sales cycles lasting three to twelve months
Develop proposals with strategists and leadership
Expand signed groups across locations and services
Close strategic multi-location senior living deals

Requirements:
Record of closing $1M+ annually
Experience with enterprise or multi-location accounts
Background selling to senior living groups
Experience managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
