Drive P6 scheduling and resource planning as a Manufacturing Project Coordinator at BWXT NEC’s Peterborough, Ontario site. Coordinate T-Parts projects from quote through delivery.

This Manufacturing Project Coordinator supports custom engineered, built-to-print equipment for fuel handling systems. The role partners with Manufacturing Engineering leadership, team leads, project managers, and customers. Key focus areas include schedule accuracy, resource profiles, work planning, material flow, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage P6 schedules for T-Parts projects
Develop baseline schedules with resource planning and costs
Update schedules and prepare status and financial reports
Expedite materials, work orders, and document workflows
Coordinate project closure and internal improvement prospects

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant college diploma
At least three years’ manufacturing project experience
Solid Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Primavera P6 experience is an asset
Autonomous work and robust communication skills
