We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our growing crew in both overhead & underground utility construction.

What You’ll Do:
Assist with the construction and maintenance of powerlines
Assist with the construction of underground duct banks & utility installations
Assist with placement and installation of precast concrete vaults, manholes, and structures
Perform site preparation, excavation support, and material handling
Work alongside equipment operators and Journeyman Powerline Technicians
Maintain a protected, clean, organized, and productive job site

What We’re Looking For:
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
Comfortable working around excavation, heavy equipment,



and active construction sites
Valid driver’s license (ARZ preferred)
Previous experience in utility construction, civil work, or general labour is an asset
