As a Senior Application Engineer, you will own a medium-sized Service Cloud product domain within Agile squads. You will guide architecture, product capabilities, and technical decisions supporting Guest Services and After-Sales operations. The role combines Salesforce configuration, custom development, integrations, debugging, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead a medium-sized Service Cloud product domain
Develop features using Salesforce configuration and custom development
Design moderate-complexity solutions and evaluate technical trade-offs
Lead code reviews,



pair programming, and team standards
Build integrations with external systems and managed packages

Requirements:
Five or more years developing Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud solutions
Proficiency with Flows, Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and Aura
Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
Expertise using Git, GitHub, SFDX, and VS Code
Eligibility to work in Canada and Pacific time availability remotely
