As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and skilled setting for our clients.

Responsibilities
Provide a variety of hair cutting and styling services to clients, including traditional cuts, fades, and beard trims.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with the final result.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment in accordance with health regulations.
Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling customer inquiries.
Promote retail products to clients, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their overall experience.




Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide clients with contemporary options.

Skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences.
Experience in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and customer service.
Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for every client.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, particularly in upselling products related to hair care and grooming.
Proficiency in sanitizing tools and maintaining a clean work environment to ensure client safety.
Expertise in various hair styling techniques to cater to diverse client needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
