We are currently hiring for an experienced Counterbalance/Material Handler for a client in Paris, ON.
Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday to Friday

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, move, and transport materials throughout the warehouse or production facility.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from trailers and delivery trucks.
Move raw materials, finished goods, and pallets to designated storage and production areas.
Stack, organize, and store products safely while maximizing warehouse space.
Supply production lines with required materials and remove completed products as needed.
Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for visible damage and report discrepancies.
Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment defects or maintenance concerns.
Follow proper material-handling procedures to prevent product damage and workplace accidents.
Assist with shipping, receiving,



inventory organization, and general warehouse duties.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace.
Follow all company policies, health and safety regulations, and forklift operating procedures.

Requirements
Valid counterbalance forklift certification.
Previous forklift experience preferred.
Knowledge of warehouse and material-handling procedures.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
