Summerside Hyundai is currently seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.

This is a blended Service & Parts role. Our Service Advisors are involved in the full repair process from customer intake and estimating to parts coordination and warranty administration. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership setting.

What You’ll Do
Greet customers and create a positive service experience
Listen to concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Prepare detailed repair orders with accurate labour and parts estimates
Clearly explain recommended services and repairs
Assist with parts lookups and internal sourcing
Coordinate repair schedules with technicians
Identify maintenance opportunities and recommend additional services
Process warranty repairs and ensure proper documentation for submission
Review repair orders for warranty compliance and accuracy
Submit and manage warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Process payments and close repair orders accurately
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For




Previous dealership experience preferred
Robust knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Experience with manufacturer warranty procedures is an asset
Comfortable handling warranty claims and documentation
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with parts systems or inventory management is beneficial
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
