Job Summary

Operate a Bobcat and other heavy equipment to support construction and site work. Perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently, adapting equipment use to changing ground conditions and project needs.

Responsibilities
Operate a Bobcat, loader, backhoe, excavator, dozer, grader, and Caterpillar equipment as needed for site preparation, material movement, grading, and paving.
Support horizontal drilling and related construction activities, coordinating equipment movements with the crew.
Inspect equipment before use, monitor performance, and report mechanical concerns promptly.
Keep work areas orderly and communicate progress or changing conditions to teammates.

Qualifications

Required: Practical heavy equipment operation skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to follow site instructions and coordinate equipment work safely. Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with loader, backhoe, excavator, dozer, grader, Caterpillar equipment, horizontal drilling, paving, or commercial driving are valuable strengths for supporting diverse projects.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
