Job Summary:

As a PSW, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their homes or in a healthcare facility. You will help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities:
Assist with personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Support with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping duties
Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
Follow care plans and document client progress




Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and family membersQualifications:
PSW certificate from a recognized institution
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector screening
Up-to-date immunization record (including TB testing, if required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if applicable for home care roles)
