Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your main goal will be to create a positive dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
Take food and drink orders accurately
Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Process payments and operate cash handling systems
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Skills:
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Robust attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation
Ability to handle food safely, including proper handling and storage
