We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Back of House Team Member to help prepare and cook our ramen and menu items to Kinton’s standards. No ramen experience needed — we’ll train you.

This is an in-person role at our Downtown Burlington restaurant. Applicants must live within commuting distance of Burlington (Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, Milton area) and be legally entitled to work in Canada. We are unable to offer relocation or visa sponsorship.

What you’ll do
Prepare ingredients: chopping, portioning, and preparing toppings and sides
Cook and assemble ramen and other menu items on the line
Follow recipes, portion standards and food safety procedures
Keep your station, kitchen and dish area clean and organized
Receive and store deliveries; rotate stock




Support front of house when needed (cross-training available)

What we’re looking for
Available evenings and weekends (Friday–Sunday are our busiest days)
Able to work in a rapid-paced kitchen and stand for long periods
Team player who takes pride in quality and cleanliness
Kitchen experience is an asset, not required
Food Handler certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
