Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a motivated and reliable Car Wash Attendant / Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with daily car wash operations, and ensure a clean, efficient, and skilled workplace for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Explain wash packages, memberships, and promotions
Process customer payments and transactions
Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with vehicle preparation (pre-wash, guiding vehicles, drying, etc.)




Maintain cleanliness of the facility, equipment, and work areas
Support team members during busy periods
Handle customer concerns and provide quick solutions
Promote memberships and upsell services when possible

Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work outdoors and on feet for long periods
Previous car wash or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
Reliable and punctual

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
