Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, ordering, and inquiries to ensure a positive dining experience
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments while handling cash and card transactions with precision
Manage food handling and sanitation protocols to uphold food safety standards and ensure cleanliness throughout the dining area
Upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain efficient time management to serve guests promptly during busy hours, balancing multiple tables and tasks seamlessly




Support food preparation and serving by coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver timely orders
Uphold restaurant sanitation standards by regularly cleaning tables, condiments, and dining areas in accordance with health regulations

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and basic food handling techniques
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support guest services and restaurant operations

Pay: $17.60-$26.26 per hour
