Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, in person, over the phone and emails. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team.
Key Job Responsibilities
Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
Prepare repair order with proper documentation
Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process.
Manage car rental information.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job
High School Diploma
Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to multitask and function well in a rapid-paced workplace
Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
Solid knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

$18 - $22 per hour
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
