THE ROLE

At STRIVE, we are hiring an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator for a growing warehouse team in Brantford. This position is ideal for someone with experience in warehousing and logistics who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a consistent daytime schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate Order Picker and Cherry Picker forklifts
Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment
Utilize RF scanners for inventory and order tracking
Assist with loading and unloading products
Conduct routine equipment and safety inspections
Keep warehouse areas organized and free of hazards
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience operating Order pickers and Cherry pickers
Must have external forklift certification
Current Working at Heights / Fall Arrest certification is an asset
Previous warehouse experience operating elevated forklifts
Solid work ethic with dependable attendance
Comfortable working at heights
Positive communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control asset
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Commitment to workplace safety and productivity
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
