We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to provide exceptional care in retirement homes and elderly care facilities.

Responsibilities
Assess residents' needs, monitor changes in their condition, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
Administer medications, support pain management, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Provide dementia care, senior care, palliative care, and hospice support with compassion and professionalism.
Develop and coordinate care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain a safe, respectful,



and supportive environment for elderly residents.

Qualifications & Experience
Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is required for RN and RPN nursing positions.
Experience in retirement homes, long-term care, hospitals, home care, or assisted living is an asset.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
Experience with medication administration, patient assessments, and medical documentation.
Internationally educated nurses are encouraged to inquire about opportunities and applicable licensing requirements.
