Overview

We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Detailers with an exciting opportunity to advance into an Assistant Manager role. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about vehicle care, customer service, and leadership development. The role involves providing exceptional cleaning services while supporting the management team to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior services using appropriate tools and products
Paint correction and Power Polishing
Ceramic and Graphene Coatings
Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before customer delivery
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing client questions or concerns promptly
Represent the brand with pride
Transport and return customer and dealership vehicles (a clean DL is a must)
Support the management team with daily operational tasks as needed




Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating effectively with colleagues
Take on additional responsibilities related to the assistant manager role, such as scheduling or training new staff, as experience grows

Experience
Prior experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Solid customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive client experience
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning current skills and advancing within the company
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to grow into management roles

Pay: $18.25-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
