Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency
Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and ensuring accurate transactions
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Work with management to develop sales strategies




Assist with food preparation or where assistance is needed
