We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients and business partners
Present and promote fitness programs and services to prospective customers
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively
Develop current business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts and outreach
Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation




Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings

Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales settings
Strong negotiation and business development skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities
Customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to health, fitness, or technology sales
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
Technical sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for fitness industry products is essential

Pay: $32.25 per hour
