Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Store Supervisor to help lead daily retail operations. This role supports the store manager by supervising team members, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized, well-merchandised store. The ideal candidate brings retail experience, strong leadership, and the ability to balance sales goals with smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Supervise, support, and coordinate store employees to maintain effective coverage and service.
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training team members.
Provide ongoing coaching and support for employee development and performance.
Deliver attentive customer service and help resolve customer questions or concerns.
Support retail sales and sales management efforts by communicating goals and monitoring store performance.
Oversee cashiering, POS transactions, cash handling, and accurate end-of-shift procedures.
Help maintain merchandise displays, product presentation, pricing, and promotional materials.
Assist with purchasing, inventory coordination, and keeping products available and organized.
Support store administration, including payroll records, bookkeeping, and routine reporting.




Help monitor budgets and follow established procedures for store operations.
Communicate clearly with employees, customers, and management, including by phone when needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store setting.

Skills
Supervising experience and a background in retail management, store management, or retail sales.
Team management, leadership, and sound judgment in a customer-facing workplace.
Robust customer service, communication skills, and professional phone etiquette.
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling.
Knowledge of merchandising, pricing, sales, marketing, and purchasing.
Experience or aptitude in recruiting, interviewing, payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative work.
Training & development skills, with the ability to coach and support a team.
Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
Negotiation skills and the ability to address routine operational challenges.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
