WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is seeking an experienced, self-sufficient Dental Administrator for a temporary position with the potential to become permanent if it’s the right fit.

Here’s what you need to know:
Pay: $30–33/hr
Start Date: ASAP, starting October 27th
Schedule: Monday to Friday
9:00 AM–5:00 PM: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
12:00 PM–8:00 PM: Wednesday
8:00 AM–2:00 PM: Friday
Location: Orleans, Ottawa, ON
Opportunity: Temporary with potential for permanent employment

What we’re looking for:
Fluent in both English and French
At least 1 year of dental reception experience
Confident managing a small dental office independently
Robust working knowledge of billing, accounts receivable (AR), and daily administrative operations
Dentrix experience is an asset
