Riverside Warehousing Ltd. is a family-owned storage company with over 50 years of experience. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and mechanically inclined individual to join our team full-time.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver and pick up 15' and 20' storage containers using a 5-ton truck.
Perform general groundskeeping, property maintenance, and yard cleanup.
Assist with cleaning storage units, minor repairs, and equipment upkeep.
Perform winter sanding, snow removal, and general in office snow cleanup.
Operate a John Deere 624 loader and other equipment when qualified.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

This is a hands-on position requiring outdoor work in all weather conditions, year-round. Occasional evening, overnight, or early morning hours may be required during winter snow events.

Qualifications
Valid driver's licence with a satisfactory driving record.
Class 1 licence is an asset,



not required.
Experience driving 5-ton trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
Loader operation, snow removal, and mechanical experience are assets.
Physically capable, reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to perform a variety of tasks.
