Our client in Mississauga (Eglington and Cennintenial) is seeking a Warehouse Associate.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the productive operation of the warehouse, focusing on order fulfillment and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position requires a robust work ethic, the ability to work in a team setting, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Day shift: 7:30am to 4:30pm (need to be flexible with the start time)

Afternoon Shift: 1:30 pm to 9:30pm - need to be able to work all week. working weekends is a requirement

Pay: $19/hr

Duties
Loading and unloading materials.
Perform tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
Execute order picking and packaging processes to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Labelling and Quality Checking items
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in heavy lifting (50lbs repetitive)



tasks as required, ensuring safe handling of materials.

Skills
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes.
Experience with order fulfillment processes, including order picking, packaging, and shipping & receiving.
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely (up to 50 pounds).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time
