Muskoka Chrysler is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our growing dealership team. If you enjoy working in a quick-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in providing excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing automotive parts
Provide accurate parts pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Process parts orders, invoices, and returns
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization in the parts department
Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure smooth operations
Deliver friendly, professional service to both retail and internal customers

Qualifications & Skills:




Previous automotive parts or dealership experience is an asset (but not required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s licence preferred
