We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Estimator specializing in Commercial Property Construction with focus on interior tenant improvements and ground up retail development. This role will report directly to the Construction/Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
Work with in house architectural technologists, architects and engineers to prepare scope drawings
Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and schedules
Engage with contractors and subcontractors for the procurement of pricing
Coordinate the failitation of pricing and quotes into contracts
Assist in progress billing and quality supervision
Communicate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate project progress
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Monitor project timelines and deadlines

Qualifications
Ability to multi task and maintain organization with a multiple ongoing jobs




Manage weekly progress reporting and maintain accountability with performance monitoring
Experience with project management programs
Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
