Who are you?

We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced Manager - Finance & Reporting to join our team in Toronto, Canada office.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to Finance Controller.

Responsibilities
Lead in overseeing all accounting and financial reporting functions
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Canadian GAAP and IFRS
Experience in Revenue recognition and Project Accounting and related compliances
Oversee cash flow management, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources




Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets (SOX)
Collaborating with external vendors around Payroll, Travel and Expenses
Collaborate with bank around automation of reports
Collaborate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws
Supports the Finance controller in driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems that directly are linked with the financial systems
Supports the Finance controller in governance, policy implementation and procedures to support the company's growth objectives
