1st Cook – Fuel the Crew, Lead the Kitchen

This isn’t your average cooking job. You’ll be feeding hardworking crews in a fast-paced camp setting, where your food genuinely matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’re not just cooking—you’re setting the tone.
Leading daily kitchen operations alongside the Chef.
Preparing hearty, high-quality meals that keep crews going.
Keeping standards high (food safety, cleanliness, consistency).
Supporting and mentoring kitchen team members.
Jumping in wherever needed—because camp life is all about teamwork.

What You Bring
Solid experience as a 1st Cook. ( Reflected in your Resume).




Confidence in high-volume cooking and batch cooking.
A solid understanding of food safety and kitchen organization.
A team-first attitude—no egos, just good work.
Food Protected Certificate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
