Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the used car department, ensuring profitability and growth
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, market share, and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and inventory levels to identify opportunities
Maintain compliance with all laws and regulations related to vehicle sales
Manage inventory turnover, sourcing vehicles through auctions, street purchases, and trade-ins
Ensure vehicles are properly appraised, inspected, reconditioned, and competitively priced
Keep the used car lot organized, presentable, and customer-ready at all times
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets
Provide sales support, guidance,



and floor closing assistance when required
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
Foster teamwork and effective communication across all dealership departments

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of dealership management experience (pre-owned preferred)
Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet departmental KPIs
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Valid OMVIC license (in good standing) required

Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
